Get Inspired By My Journey And Story
I’m an introvert who can count my closest friends on one hand, and honestly, that’s how I like it. By day I’m an Automation Engineer, Business Operations lead, and First Article Inspection Quality nerd — which basically means I solve problems, build systems, and ask “why?” more than most people appreciate.
My path here wasn’t simple. Parts of my childhood were taken from me by people who should have protected me. I’ve made peace with it — forgiveness came easier than forgetting — but it shaped how I trust and how I move through the world. Even so, I grew into a young adult who could enjoy life, thanks largely to a mom who pushed me toward a future that didn’t fit the statistics.
Journey Toward Peace
When COVID hit, I went from office life to working at home overnight. I was at my heaviest weight, anxious, and stuck in a loop that didn’t feel like living. So I started small — engineer‑small. One goal: walk more.
Local parks turned into state‑park trails. One mile became two. Weekends became four‑mile resets. I tracked everything because that’s how my brain works, and somewhere between the steps and the spreadsheets, I started to heal. My body changed, but so did my mindset. Walking became the place where I processed the chaos and found my confidence again.
Journey Toward Answers
Maybe you’re trying to find yourself again.
Maybe you’re frustrated with diets that promise everything and deliver nothing.
Maybe you’re carrying emotional weight that feels heavier than the physical kind.
Whatever brought you here, you’re not alone. This blog exists because I needed a place to rebuild — to create systems that help me live better, think clearer, and move forward even when life throws curveballs. If my journey helps you on yours, then this space is doing exactly what it was meant to do.
Progress starts with one step. And if we can make the journey fun, even better.
Let’s walk.
